Terms of service

1. Who we are

Deeporion is operated by [REVIEW] legal entity name and registered address.

2. Who can use Deeporion

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. There are no accounts or logins: anyone who can open the app can view and edit every invite and guest list in it.

3. The service and plans

During our launch every feature of Deeporion is free, and invites show a small “Made with” link at the bottom. If we introduce paid plans later we will tell you before anything changes, and invites made during the launch keep their features. [REVIEW] Confirm launch invites keep their features.

4. Payments

We don't take any payments during the launch.

5. Your content

You own the names, text, photos and other content you add (“your content”). You give us a limited licence to store, resize, display and send your content only to provide the service to you and your guests. You confirm that you have the right to use everything you upload, including photos of other people.

6. Content rules

You must not use Deeporion to create, upload or send anything that:

• is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful or harassing;
• infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy;
• impersonates a person or misleads guests about who is inviting them;
• advertises products or services, or is sent to people who do not know you (spam);
• contains malware or tries to break or overload the service.

We may remove content or suspend invites that break these rules, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it. Report a problem to support@deeporion.in.

7. Music rights

• Tracks in our music library are royalty-free or licensed to us for use inside invites made on Deeporion. You may use them only in your invite — not download, copy or reuse them elsewhere. [REVIEW] Confirm the licence for every library track.
• When uploading your own music is available, you must confirm (by ticking the rights box) that you own it or hold a licence that allows it to be played to your guests online. You are responsible for any claim arising from music you upload. [REVIEW] Owner uploads are not built yet — revisit when they ship.
• We may remove any track after a copyright complaint. Music never plays until a guest chooses to open the invite.

8. Messaging your guests

When you send invites or reminders through Deeporion, you confirm that your guests know you and would expect to hear about your wedding. We send WhatsApp messages under Meta's policies, only between 8 am and 9 pm IST, and we stop messaging anyone who replies STOP.

9. How long invites stay live

An invite stays live until 60 days after its last event. It then becomes a read-only keepsake: guests can still open it, but it can no longer be edited. [REVIEW] State how long keepsakes are kept.

10. Our designs

Templates, artwork, code and the Deeporion name belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to create and share your own invites through the service.

11. Ending your account

You can stop using Deeporion and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law. Sections 5–7 and 12–14 survive termination.

12. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep Deeporion available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is”. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered, since delivery also depends on WhatsApp, email and mobile networks. Please double-check event details before sharing.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the invite concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. [REVIEW] Confirm the liability cap.

14. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for claims caused by your content, the music you upload, or your breach of these terms.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [REVIEW] city have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to resolve the issue.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it applies.
