FAQ

Questions, answered

What families and guests usually ask about our invitations. Tap a question to see the answer.

Do my guests need to install an app or log in?

No. Guests open a normal link — on WhatsApp, SMS or anywhere — and the invite plays right in their phone's browser. It is built to load quickly even on slow connections.

Can I make changes after sending the invite?

Yes. Edit names, events, venues or photos any time and everyone sees the update on the same link. The link itself only changes if you rename it.

Can the invite be in Hindi?

Yes. Every template supports Hindi with proper Devanagari lettering, and you can switch between English and Hindi in the editor.

Can I see who has opened the invite?

Yes. Your dashboard shows which families have opened their personal link, so you know exactly who to nudge on WhatsApp.

How long does my invite stay online?

Your invite stays live until 60 days after your last function. After that it becomes a read-only keepsake you can still open and share.

Is the music allowed? Will it play automatically?

Music comes from Deeporion's royalty-free library, so it's safe to use. It never plays by itself — only after your guest taps to open the invite, and they can mute it.

Are my guests' phone numbers safe?

Guest numbers are only visible to you. They never appear on the invite, are never used for marketing, and invite pages are hidden from search engines.

How much does it cost?

Each type of invitation has its own price, shown on our pricing page with any current discount. Contact us and we'll set up your invitation for you.
